Think Positive

The first thing to remember is that you are alive and anything is possible. You have received a HUGE blow to your world and need to take things very slowly.... one day, one hour, or maybe even one minute at a time, and that's OKAY.

Your mind is your number one ally, and you control what thoughts go into it. Our thoughts become our experiences, SO PUT AS MANY POSITIVE THOUGHTS IN YOUR MIND AS YOU CAN, AS OFTEN AS YOU CAN.

It's okay that this will be hard because of the situation you're in, just try to be aware and fill your mind with as many positive thoughts as possible.

Norman Vincent Peale once said that no matter how dark things seem or actually are, raise your sights and see possibilities...always see them, for they are always there.
